IADMT COMMITTEES
The following committees have been set up by the board and functioning will be overseen by the President, Vice-president and General Secretary. Each committee will have a ‘Committee Head’ who is chosen amongst that specific committee. They will facilitate and lead the committee in planning, organising, and execution. Each committee will have at least 1 member from all the 3 membership categories.

- • To update all documentation and to see to it that the association adheres to documentation
- • To maintain democracy, transparency, and accountability in all documents of the association

- • To create a ‘Code of Ethics’ document that will address the members who are DMTs/DMPs, DMTPs, and DMTFs
- • To be sensitive to the current scenario in India and take that into consideration while formulating ways to offer redressal to individuals or groups, deemed unethical

The committee will be formed by volunteers from the board before each election.
- • To conceptualise fair elections for board members
- • To hold said elections in the most efficient way possible
